[AD / pr sample] the ’never say never’ curvy bralette set from cosabella lingerie was gifted to me in exchange for an honest review.
if you know me, you know i am always on the hunt for wireless bras. being a fuller cup size the choice of styles out there that actually fit, let alone offer any form of support, is slim. enter cosabella – a family owned italian brand with their ‘never say never’ curvy bralette!
this particular style is a pull-on bralette with a chic racerback design, in soft black floral lace. the fabric feels to be of good quality, and has a nicely opaque lining for modesty and increased support. it gives a nice relaxed, natural shape to my bust – though i do find that the darting/seaming can give quite a pointed silhouette over my nipples. this isn’t a deal breaker for me and it isn’t too noticeable under clothes, but something to be mindful of if that’s a look you usually avoid.
i was sent a size small which fits my 28G nicely, though i could probably have sized down to an extra small for a bit of a snugger fit and more support. the cups have a good amount of coverage without being too frumpy or overbearing, while the racerback shape adds a nice detail to the back and offers a comfortable fit with stretchier lace. i don’t experience any discomfort from this style and there is no bulging or overspill of breast tissue at the neckline or underarms.
the never say never racerback bralette seems to be made from a pretty simple design but it is well constructed, feels solid and works well to offer light support and shaping to DD+ busts. paired with the matching hot pant, it creates a beautifully feminine and elegant set that’s comfortable for everyday. the design is available in a multitude of colours (i’ve got my eye on ‘celestial’ and ‘victorian pink’!) and reminds me of something that you’d find on the high street for core bra sizes, but in a much softer and more luxurious lace with better construction. i’m not sure how this style would hold up against GG+ cup sizes, but if you’re in that D-G range i would definitely recommend giving cosabella’s curvy range a try!
